 My name is Ivy Bardey. Like many people, I dreamt of becoming an entrepreneur, which would allow me the flexibility to balance my career and family. I stumbled across this amazing opportunity when I served my family a very traditional Indian delight known as "kulfi" or "Indian Frozen Desert". My two little boys, who are pictured on the website logo, just loved it. However, it was my husband, Andrew's raving review which inspired and encouraged me to introduce my Kulfi to the New Zealand market.

After months of trials and research, AL's Kulfi (named for Althean and Alijah) was born. The first two flavours were released in October 2016 - my dream had become a reality. I passionately handcraft the Kulfi’s myself with the desire to fuse the traditional flavors of India with the natural and wholesome ingredients of New Zealand.
